Keeping everyone excited about the work they do doesn’t have to be expensive or difficult, here are 3 tips on keeping it interesting!
- After a big project or in the middle of a busy week, get everyone on the team smoothies or coffee – it will help boost energy and keep everyone motivated to finish the project well
- Have a “Frisbee Memo Day” where memos are delivered attached to a frisbee (get a soft one, like Trek Flight Pocket Flyer)
- Have a company massage day – bring in a massage therapist for an afternoon. It will help keep everyone alert, relaxed and productive! (we used to have a monthly massage day at LazerDesigns, it rocked!)
