Some may think of squash as just another sport we don’t understand here in the U.S. (learn more from the World Squash Federation).

Now check out this squash! The giant Zucchini variety. We have talents among our team members other than laser engraving!  Master gardener Susan coaxed this beauty out of her summer garden. Her secret?  Lots of equine fertilizer ( horse poop ).
